Dentistry, to me, has never been just about procedures. It has always been about understanding materials, structure, and the science that quietly determines long-term clinical success.
During my undergraduate years, I found myself drawn toward prosthodontic workflow thinking. And this led me to connect with a number of people with similar interests. I was curious about why certain restorations performed better than others, why communication gaps existed between the clinic and the laboratory, and how small refinements in process could create meaningful improvements in outcomes. That curiosity led me to present research concepts early in my career, some of which were recognized by professional forums including the Indian Academy of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Over time, that research mindset evolved into innovation and I became more of a heretic when I brought forward my NETFIL CONCEPT . I began working on structured solutions that could improve clinical workflows and material performance. This journey resulted in a patent application at the WIPO. Each development was driven not by complexity, but by a simple question: Can this be made stronger, smarter, and more practical for everyday dentistry?
My interest has always remained rooted in material science — understanding how micro/ macro-architecture, stress distribution, and design thinking influence the durability of restorative systems. I strongly believe that meaningful innovation in dentistry does not always require adding more; sometimes it requires rethinking what already exists. I'm greatful to God for having connected me to good friends like Mr. Brian Binnie whom I'm partnering along with.
Our Netfil platform reflects the philosophy of thoughtful innovation grounded in clinical reality.
Thank you for being here and for taking an interest in my work.

NETFIL did not begin in a boardroom.
It began with a question.
Several years ago, we began reaching out to established dental manufacturers, including Ultradent Products Inc in the United States, proposing what was then an early version of the NETFIL strategy. At that time, the concept was ahead of its adoption curve, and the response was limited.
But innovation does not stop when doors close.
Over the years that followed, the NETFIL concept evolved. Through continuous research, online outreach, technical discussions, equipment building, and repeated refinement of manufacturing protocols, the idea matured into a structured and reproducible system. What began as a concept gradually became a process — engineered, tested, and strengthened.
Around five years ago, a significant chapter began when I connected with Mr. Brian Binnie, a seasoned professional from the dental industry. With decades of experience across multiple companies and currently associated with Dreve America, Brian brought both insight and industry perspective to the journey. What began as a professional interaction developed into a trusted partnership.
Today, Brian continues to help expand NETFIL’s reach within the global dental community, connecting us with manufacturers, innovators, and industry stakeholders. Together, we along with the Binnies are working toward establishing a small but focused operational base in Las Vegas, Nevada — combining technical innovation with industry integration.
Behind the technical work stands family.
I'm thankful to God for Sarah my wife who has supported this journey through every phase of development, and who now handles our marketing strategy in India. Her strength and clarity have been instrumental in shaping NETFIL’s outreach. My daughter, Ruth Santiago, represents the next generation — and will join the mission in the years ahead.
NETFIL is more than a material strategy.
It is a long-term commitment to refining structure, improving durability, and rethinking how dental materials are processed.
We believe innovation is not a moment — it is a sustained effort.
And this is only the beginning.
